Attentions

Accessories: This product contains only the solid-state drive. Screw drivers and other tool kit are not included. Check before purchase if there’s available space on your device to install the SSD, and if there’s need for other accessories or tool kit. Please turn to professionals if device disassembly is needed.

Compatibility: Take note that M.2 NVMe SSD is NOT backward compatible with M.2 SATA III SSDs. There are generally three types of interface of M.2 SSDs: PCIe3.0×4, PCIe3.0×2 and SATA III. Apart from MSI notebooks which feature full compatibility with M.2 PCIe3.0×2 SSDs, other brands of notebooks may only support one type of interface. Some desktop computers with M.2 interfaces may not support SATA_5/SATA_6 interfaces. Please check your device’s manuals or consult the manufacturers before purchase.

Installation: A newly installed SSD is required to format before use. Only after formatting can it displays the available capacity. If the SSD cannot be detect after installation, please install again with Windows 10 due to USB controller chip upgrade for the updated motherboards. Consult customer services for installation guide and test software.

Warranty: Since our products have all undergone burn-in tests before they leave the factory, every one of them may be spotted some fine marks upon, but neither performance nor after-sales services will be affected. Please do not peel off the sticker on the product, which may void the warranty.
